I felt no pressure and Jimmy was patient with me. Alex helped me pick out a car and explained a lot about the operation of the car before and during a test drive; he and Jimmy patiently and enthusiastically demonstrated the nuances of the car. I actually enjoyed closing the paperwork details with the Finance Manager. Overall a happy experience for me! More

Bridgwater Kia doesn’t even deserve one star. They have the worst customer/sales service and I recommend not wasting your time with this dealership. They haven’t figured out why customers are buying more online and not wanting to deal with the awful sales/management and there terrible and very old sales games. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle online anywhere EXCEPT Bridgewater Kia. From sales rep Jimmy K to sales manager Vinny F to general sales manager Dario A. I did purchase my last vehicle online and loved every minute of not needing to speak to anyone. This time around my wife was looking for a new car of which we were going to try the ‘old school method’ of visiting a dealership to see if things have changed due to the car industry changing especially with easier online services. Nothing has changed with the cheap, cheesy, immature sales that came out of this dealership. From Jimmy out quoting himself and forgetting a day earlier he offered us a better deal through email, then the ‘out the door price’ final offer the next day of which he even was so generous to throw IN the ‘window etch’ for $299, to Vinny (manager) explaining I’m ‘dealing with you now’ so let’s start the negotiations over 🤦🏼‍♂️, to Dario (GM) that just ignores his customers calls and seems to be to busy to call you back after a few vm’s and apparently isn’t interested in what’s going on with his sales reps and potential buying customers etc…. There was about 2 weeks worth of time semi invested with this dealership as apposed to finally purchasing our new car online in about 2 hours and not having to speak to anyone. I’ve got more to share with our experience and this awful service/dealership but I think I’ve said enough. More

We came into the showroom at 5pm and drove out with a new Telluride at 9pm. The dealership and Jim gave us excellent service and were very responsive to our questions and concerns. Highly recommend.
