Came in for service on our 2020 Crosstrek and met Jimmy while we were waiting. He sold us our Crosstrek back in January. He was extremely helpful and very friendly in January and yesterday. This was our 3rd Subaru and 2nd time having Jimmy as the salesperson. He is awesome and you don't feel pressure from him. He knows when to let you sit with your thoughts and come to a decision. My service coordinator was lovely. Price was ridiculous. $168 for an oil change, 2 filters and a tire rotation. Poor service experience.Folks in the shop rotated tires Poor service experience. Folks in the shop rotated tires but did not tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels. This is the second Subaru I have purchased from Chatham Parkway Subaru. The entire team is diligent and knowledgeable. They value your time and do not play games. They got me exactly the model I wanted in Parkway Subaru. The entire team is diligent and knowledgeable. They value your time and do not play games.
