Brand new truck has seen the service department a handful of times and the body shop. Way more then it should in only 12 months. I had great experience with sales and the work that was done by the techs was of times and the body shop. Way more then it should in only 12 months. Not happy that I brought truck in for recalls and said I have a line of antifreeze leaking and so they charge me for a diagnostic.. I knew where it was leaking ... they didnt fix it thou . That's what I was have a line of antifreeze leaking and so they charge me for a diagnostic.. I knew where it was leaking ... they didnt fix it thou . That's what I was gonna get fixed Also I have a prob that has been an issue with tire warranty over a year .. also on my hellcat I have asked several times about the intake being locked up and Wayne won't return calls More

Recall service I came in to drop off my Jeep Wrangler for a recall service and pick up a loaner car. The service manager said it would only take about 1/2 hour and I came in to drop off my Jeep Wrangler for a recall service and pick up a loaner car. The service manager said it would only take about 1/2 hour and he could do it while I waited if I had the time. It saved me driving back and forth another time,. He came into the waiting area with my keys and said I was ready to go 20 minutes later. I also picked up a touch up paint from parts. More
