Great Customer Service -Thank you Gaspar and your team! Brought my car in for a Brake problem. My rotors had to be replaced. thanks to Gaspar Rodriquez everything went very smoothly. My car was repaired Brought my car in for a Brake problem. My rotors had to be replaced. thanks to Gaspar Rodriquez everything went very smoothly. My car was repaired while I waited. Because the brakes were so bad Gaspar squeezed me in for a night appointment. Yes this dealer's service department is open till 9:00PM and till 6:00PM on Saturdays. The repair was covered under warranty. Thank you so much for always taking suck good care of me. I highly recommend this dealership for service and parts. Thank you also Jim in Parts for getting the rotors ordered and delivered promptly! More

SERVICE AND PARTS COME THROUGH AGAIN!!! Took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 75th Anniversary Edition in for new tires today, wipers and a replacement radio. The original tires still had pl Took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 75th Anniversary Edition in for new tires today, wipers and a replacement radio. The original tires still had plenty of tread left, but I wanted to switch to an all-season Michelin Defender for the upcoming winter. The radio had an update glitch for the navigation that Jared Manny discovered during my last service, or otherwise would have went undetected. As usual Shann Thomas spoke to me about my appointment, and without any wait my vehicle was on a lift. He is always a gentleman and treats me and my family great. If you want a knowledgeable mechanic that checks EVERYTHING while your car is there, look no further than Jared. I decided to put sound dampeners on the interior panels, and Jimmy O'Donnell in the Parts Department ordered them for me, as well as finding me a 15% coupon online to save me some money! Ever heard of a car dealership do that before?!?! I could not have asked for smoother service appointment, or have been treated better. Thanks David Dodge More

Absolutely the Best Service Department ANYWHERE!!! I am compelled to write another Outstanding review of David Dodge!! My Car had a problem that was difficult to diagnose which turned out to be the tr I am compelled to write another Outstanding review of David Dodge!! My Car had a problem that was difficult to diagnose which turned out to be the transfer case and drive shaft. From start to finish Gaspar Rodriquez my service advisor, listened to my each and every concern, and kept me in the loop with what was going on. My car was there for two months while they were waiting for the parts to come in. However, because they are such a great dealer, and didn't want me to drive around and possibly get stuck somewhere, they immediately made arrangements with Enterprise Rent a Car to provide me with beautiful brand new Dodge Durango to drive while my car was in the shop at NO CHARGE for the entire time. In fact the entire repair was no charge because it was under warranty. BUT David Dodge and Gaspar went above and beyond by stretching the rental vehicle coverage for me because they truly know about outstanding customer service and they care!! I seriously don't know of any other dealer that would have done that!! Now on to my expert Mechanic Bill O'Brien! He went out on a test drive with me when I brought the car in and did everything to make sure he was on the same page with me in identifying the noise and problem. He is extremely meticulous and truly an expert mechanic!! He would not release my car until he was confident that the problem was fixed and it is! Thanks Bill! The car was there for a long time during the worst winter conditions I can remember in years. When I got the car back I found that they completely detailed and even repaired some scratches on my bumper for me. I AM TELLING YOU that I thought I was having a New Car delivered when I picked it up! If you are thinking of buying a car, buy it from David Dodge!! They will take care of you!! Thanks to Frank and Jim in Parts, for locating and getting Brand new parts for my car that I know were difficult to obtain from Chrysler. The ENTIRE SERVICE TEAM, PARTS TEAM and SALES TEAM there are always friendly and nice! - Thanks Alesha! Excellent Service !! I am extremely pleased by the great service offered by David Dodge and by all the courteous and attentive service writers there. Especially Scott Str I am extremely pleased by the great service offered by David Dodge and by all the courteous and attentive service writers there. Especially Scott Streeter who always goes above and beyond to address all my concerns, takes the time to listen, and always pays attention to and makes sure that all the important details are not overlooked. Recently I was there for warranty repair work for a tie rod and axel cv joint replacement - they also replaced an airbag that was recalled. I wasn't aware that there was a recall for the airbag on my vehicle, but Scott knew and replaced it while I was there as part of my regular service anyway. The dealership through their representative, Scott Streeter always makes sure I am satisfied. They always provide a rental car when I drop off my car for service if the problem can't be addressed that day. I never have to wait for an appointment. I call and they say bring it right over. They service department is open every weekday till 9:00PM and on Saturdays until 6:00PM. When I am there for service that can be addressed immediately they have a great waiting room with three large TVs, WIFI, charging ports for my computer and phone, not to mention Wawa Coffee, and a huge variety of snacks - free of charge for the comfort of their customers. I just bring my laptop and get my work done while waiting - and the wait isn't usually long. Thanks again David Dodge and Scott Streeter! I wouldn't think of bringing my car anywhere else! More
