Service guy is great. Dealership service operations is average and the third party company that does the window replacement are terrible communicators. I had to drop my Dealership service operations is average and the third party company that does the window replacement are terrible communicators. I had to drop my car off twice due to their incompetence. The other thing I question is I asked for 10% off and it was quickly granted. However, I seen my bill and they took off the 100 dollars but I seen an extra charge for exactly 100.00 so the dealership basically made me feel good about the discount due to the issue but really just offset it by adding a 100.00 charge. I am not sure I will go back to service my Hummer there again. It’s just the closest dealership to me. I would never buy a car there that’s for sure. I feel like they are a bit crooked. More

Jim was great to work with. Seemed very knowledgeable about my A/C problem I was having. He kept me updated with progress reports daily Unlike Randy Curnow where I first took my truck to find the problem with A/C. They just kept throwing parts at it and never got to the real problem which was the compressor. So all in all I was very satisfied with the service I got. My only complaint is that I wish Robert Brogden still had loaner cars for customers that had their vehicle in the shop longer than a couple days. More
