We had to keep calling to have them let us know when the part was in when they told us they would call us.l and keep us updated. One time we had an appointment. Took off work to bring the car in, only to t part was in when they told us they would call us.l and keep us updated. One time we had an appointment. Took off work to bring the car in, only to tell us when we got there that part isn't there. We live over an hour away. It took a good 6 months, and that was with us reaching out to them. When we did finally get the car in, all the employees weren't working. They were standing around the snack table talking and eating. Poor customer service and accountability. More

I had a great experience with their service team when I needed to have the transmission replaced in my truck through the warranty company. They made the process much easier by keeping me informed every ste needed to have the transmission replaced in my truck through the warranty company. They made the process much easier by keeping me informed every step of the way. They answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain the process and what to expect. The dealership is really well represented by its people. While I was waiting I worked with the parts manager on ordering a part. I do not know his name but he has helped me on different occasions and has that same customer mentality that I have come to expect. Both deserve high marks More
