I was greeted by a nice fellow and was asked if there was a service advisor I wanted to see. I picked the name on the name plate outside the office closest to where I happened to be standing. It was Joann Marsala. Random pick and a good one at that. She listened to my wants and needs, welcomed me to the service center and got the job done with no isues at the price discussed. Joann and the service offered what I was looking for, genuine honest and real. Thanks More

RAV4 2002 Still running Great The service representatives are the greatest. Every time I bring my car to service, it purrs when I get it back! Engine light on, brought me in for service. JoAnn was friendly, carefully listened to what I had to say, Checked for recalls, looked into background servicing and had the staff find the engine p JoAnn was friendly, carefully listened to what I had to say, Checked for recalls, looked into background servicing and had the staff find the engine problem, correct it and return the car while I waited. She kept me updated with the progress and told me what part had stopped working, and how long till it was replaced. I was very pleased with the service. My only concern was the cold air blowing thru the waiting room each time someone opened the outside door. Otherwise all was excellent! More

An excellent company I have been dealing with Millennium since 2010 when i bought my Toyota Highlander. I have never had a bad experience with them. Service personnel are knowledgeable and reliable. They WILL call you to let you know progress on repairs, unlike many other dealers. They give accurate estimates for work done and do the work well. Lonnie and Joanne deserve special mention -- very pleasant and very, very helpful. Strongly recommended. More
