Kim was great! I don't mess around when I buy cars. I found a Sorento online that was priced well below other comparable vehicles. I submitted some questions and Joanne from the internet team got right b found a Sorento online that was priced well below other comparable vehicles. I submitted some questions and Joanne from the internet team got right back to me with more info. She connected me to my salesperson Kim. Kim was patient and answered all of my questions (I had many!) She personally went out to inspect the vehicle and confirm the condition, no smells, no damage, etc. I submitted my application online and set up my financing so I could sign and drive when I went in. It was a totally smooth process - completely transparent and no games. When I arrived at the dealership my Sorento was immaculately clean and waiting for me. We took it for a quick spin and then went into Steve in finance to finish up the paperwork. Steve was super nice. No pressure or hard selling. I got a GREAT deal, I love my car, and I'm very happy with my experience. Highly recommend Kim Nam and Halleen Kia! More
