For my first trip to a nissan dealer I was expecting more information on my car. I am used to getting details on brake status and other information on transmission fluid change options etc. When I inquired information on my car. I am used to getting details on brake status and other information on transmission fluid change options etc. When I inquired about the cost and was told it was 89.99 instead of the 79.99 I was told when I call the previous week I was told it has not been that price in the six years I had been there. I had to say I saw on your website that was the price with coupon before it was acknowledged that was an option. I was also send a text with a "video" that just contained a picture of a battery test that suggested something was wrong so I asked what was that about and seemed like it was just proof that something was done. Not one word about the oil change or car as I took my key and paid which is very different from experiences with different dealerships. This is a new to me car and will seek out other options for service. More
