Palmer DCJR never let's me down! I have purchased many cars from Palmer. Every purchase has been a great experience. Kurt Taylor recently sold me 2017 Durango GT. He made my buying ex I have purchased many cars from Palmer. Every purchase has been a great experience. Kurt Taylor recently sold me 2017 Durango GT. He made my buying experience a great one. He took time make sure the transaction went smoothly and gave me a unbeatable price. Nick Barron the sales manager went out his way to help me out and gave me the most money for my trade. I couldn't ask more. I also went to the parts department and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again! I'll be back for sure for future purchases. More

Why go any place else? I've been getting vehicles here for over 10 years! Everything from a Vioer, Prowler,three trucks etc! I love Jodi... he sees the whole picture when there are extenuating circumstances and sometimes they do exist at no fault of anyone! Take the time to invest into this dealership and they won't let you down and I'm speaking from experience! If something goes wrong they fix it if you need advice they're there to give it and sometimes at their own expense! So I'll ask again... Why go any place else no matter what the car you want they will get it and at a good price! More

Misrepresentation When purchasing a new truck, I included 'Ram' side rails as a part of the deal. That is a $675 value. The salesman told me they were out of stock and When purchasing a new truck, I included 'Ram' side rails as a part of the deal. That is a $675 value. The salesman told me they were out of stock and the service department would call me in three days when a shipment arrived to come back and install them. It wasn't convenient but I agreed. No calls ever came. It took 5 calls to the salesman to get a response, which was nothing but excuses and that the service center would call me in a matter of minutes. No call ever came. After another 5 calls to get the salesman, I was pawned off to an aftermarket supplier and given $200 rails. Palmer never refunded the difference. Calls to the sales manager and VP of sales were only met with silence. They are unresponsive and uncaring once you complete the sale. I will never do business here again. More

I had an exceptional buying experience with Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Throughout every phase of the transaction, the transparency, attention to detail, follow up/follow thru, and willingness to go above Chrysler Jeep. Throughout every phase of the transaction, the transparency, attention to detail, follow up/follow thru, and willingness to go above and beyond were all outstanding. The entire process was easy, quick and hassle-free. Everyone from the GM (Jody Cruce), to the New Car Sales Manager (Todd Blackstone) to my Sales Agent (Tony White) was very friendly and genuinely helpful. We have purchased many cars over the years, but the experience we had with Palmer was by far the worst. The price is comparable to other Dodge/Jeep dealers. They are doing a good job bringing you into experience we had with Palmer was by far the worst. The price is comparable to other Dodge/Jeep dealers. They are doing a good job bringing you into the door - the service afterwards is a disgrace to the free market place. Unkept promises, lies, cover ups, etc. We will never do business with this dealer. More

Per purchase I couldn’t say enough good stuff, great communication, great response, very helpful. Both the salesmen and I somehow overlooked the fact that both front rims were bent. Even after the dealership replaced the tires they still did not mention this safety defect to me. Only after I got back home did I notice this problem. Tried to contact the salesmen, sales manager, even the Vice President of the dealership and received no response. Finally after two weeks got a phone message from the sales manager and a week later and 4 returned calls have still not heard back from him. In short, pre-sale service A+… post sale service F-. I’m guessing the Palmer dealership cares only about my money and cares nothing for my business, satisfaction as a customer, not the safety of my family or pre-owned vehicles they sell. More

Recall work on 2007 Jeep and Check Engine/Gas Cap Light - %23.00 to reset the light and it is back on. Palmer did nothing and wasted two days and 30 miles round trip. I can do the same thing unhooking th %23.00 to reset the light and it is back on. Palmer did nothing and wasted two days and 30 miles round trip. I can do the same thing unhooking the battery. Won't be back and they won't get the opportunity at the next Chrysler purchase. More

Best deal in town! I am a bargain shopper and really investigate before I make a purchase, especially something as big as a car.
