Disappointed Senior Unfortunately, I went alone to make a purchase, 2018, RAV 4. Another sales person actually walked me through the process not the person who received c Unfortunately, I went alone to make a purchase, 2018, RAV 4. Another sales person actually walked me through the process not the person who received credit for the sale. After I located the vehicle which the sales person did not even know was on the lot, the remainder was a "rush job". After signing my name on the dotted line everything went South-the sales person was too busy later during the week helping his son purchase a vehicle and was not as nice to me as he was prior to purchase, my vehicle always had to be taken back for something not performed correctly while at the service department, the name of the person who serviced my vehicle is suddenly "not known", various programs were deactivated and I did not know it, and the general manager never kept his appointments with me to discuss the issues. Instead, I had to catch him whenever I could...loaners were stinking with dirty windows...very disappointed...my first and last Toyota More

Unhelpful During my experience there I felt like I was getting treated well until now a month has past I realized that they didn’t help me find what I truly wan During my experience there I felt like I was getting treated well until now a month has past I realized that they didn’t help me find what I truly wanted in my new car. Now I feel that I have settled and am stuck with this car for the next few years. I recommend anyone to research more and realize the amenities that come with most cars other dealerships sell you for the same price. Fred Anderson let me down. More

I had a lot of nerves going into purchasing a car but he walked me through everything and was very patient with me and all my questions. I came to Fred Anderson because it was a reputable dealership but I did not know I would have gotten the service I did. I'm glad I chose this dealership as the place and I'm glad Jody walked out to help me pick out my first car. Overall, such an amazing experience! Car Buying Well I’ve been trying to buy a car from this dealership since last Friday. Sales man promised it would be here last Saturday then also this past Monda Well I’ve been trying to buy a car from this dealership since last Friday. Sales man promised it would be here last Saturday then also this past Monday then again on Tuesday by 4:30pm, I go again on Tuesday to dealership sales man not there. I get a call on Tuesday while at lunch and yet again promised the car would be there Thursday. I go on Wednesday to do paperwork get everything to my bank to purchase and that was another irritation from them. Also promises Thursday and then sales man slips and says maybe Friday. I get a call on Thursday morning that it’ll be in late that night so prepare to be here Friday morning at 9:30 am. Guess what it’s 12:46pm on Friday and still no car 🤔🤔is it a sign not to buy a brand new car from this dealership. At this point idk what I needed a car ASAP and they cannot deliver on promises. I work in a high demand company where customer service is #1 and execution to my company is #1. I was trained you do whatever it takes to meet customer satisfaction and get results. I don’t think customer satisfaction is a belief here I don’t know what the culture of this dealership is. So I go at 1pm to wait for delivery truck with cars to come I seat I sit in loaner car and at 2:20pm I see the truck with all cars on it roll down the driveway. I continue to wait for a text, a call or something from this salesman who promised me he would contact me as soon as it came in 5,10,20 Minuets plus roll by no word from him. So at this point I see a red Camry roll out the driveway I still wait for some communication. So finally at 3:08pm I get a pic text saying I have a car for you. So at this point I need to use restroom as I am getting out the red Camry comes past me and I just happen to glance up and why is the salesman that’s suppose to be getting my car ready out test driving with other customers!!!! I’m so past LIVID AT THIS POINT!!!!! I go in use restroom and I come and sit and wait inside so I text him that I am here and waiting at 3:42pm since he hadn’t reached out to me says where I say In waiting area. Then he gets me to the finance manager where I get my receipts for a few minutes. The finance manager understand my frustrations and says he will push this up so someone can know it’s Sunday and no one has called me on this yet. Anyways I go outside thinking he will pull up with my car from putting gas in but NO! He asks me to come inside I go to his lil area and I see my car mats that I purchased to be placed in my car when it arrived he asks me do I want them in I’m like YES we discussed this on Wednesday when I purchased them! So he is getting my keys ready says my car is getting detailed I’m like since 2:20pm when my car arrived it’s now way after 4pm and my car is not ready! I’m so heated I still contain it. He says I can re gas you when your gas gets low I’m like NO I don’t need free gas! I had an appointment to get my car tinted at 4pm today now I have a cancellation charge now since my car wasn’t here all week like told or here Friday morning as told. He says something like you don’t plan for car things if you don’t have a car! I’m like TF! I was promised all week my car so pretty much I should’ve had it by that time to get it tinted. So finally my car is ready around 5pm and he still hasn’t put my all weather mats in! So had to wait on that and then he wants to show me the car features I was SO OVER HIM! THE CAR BUYING PROCESS WAS THE WORST! AFTER MY CAR WRECK WEEK PRIOR THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN SO FUN AND PLEASANT BUT IT WAS ACTUALLY WORST THAN BEING IN A WRECK!!!!!! Didn’t get to pull off with my car til 5:19pm on FRIDAY! Nothing on my end hindered or hurt this process at all I did everything that I needed to take care of!!! I was very patient and understanding but enough is enough! In my field I have to please customers and I have to please my executives as well with execution on timelines and customers service. I don’t think k he cared at all he was not sincere on anything! I don’t feel like he went above and beyond for me! I don’t think the finance MGR let anyone know about this or the whole business just doesn’t care. I have not received any communication about this matter!! The customer service sucks or is it because of my race or my gender that I was treated like this?! I cannot enjoy this car right now! I would never treat a client like this at all this would be unacceptable to my personal beliefs let alone my company! So don’t waste your time if you just want basic hospitality when purchasing a Vechicle from this establishment! Only if you want want to be treated as CRAP! I would rate this -100% if I could More
