I have been a BMW client for almost 40 years and all purchases (and there were many) were with this dealership. Jeremy's efforts made my most recent purchase today (x3) a pleasurable one. He clearly understood what I was looking of and made it happen. Ed took it from there. His expertise, guidance and patience is invaluable. Alex assisted me with the financing end of the transaction and was very helpful with getting the "extras". The whole team - from sales to service and everyone in between - is remarkable. It is a privilege to drive the beautiful BMW that I have been driving for the past two years, but even more of a blessing to know that I am being so well cared for by the team at my BMW of Fort Washington dealership. Beginning with our sales representative, Andrew, to the unwavering support and superior service/assistance from Michael Fastman, who has single-handedly gone above and beyond the call of duty for us on several occasions; to the wonderful and attentive service from Service Manager, Frank Manna & Ben Ammar, Customer Relations Manager, who have also been an absolute blessing. Overall, I have never had such wonderful service from top to bottom at a dealership in my life, and I feel very lucky to be working with them, as I continue to drive my BMW X5. It is also why my husband recently purchased his newest vehicle from them and he too, is now driving a BMW X5 hybrid that he purchased in December 2024 at Ft. Washington as well.
