Most of the pre-test drive interactions were via email and she replied promptly and completely. When we came in for the test drive she didn't have the exact model/trim package that we wanted, but she got 2 different models so that I could drive my engine of choice in one and then see the trim amenities in another. The actual sale went very smoothly, their numbers pretty much matched mine and the car was prepped perfectly. It was about as no-hassle as they come and believe me when I say I have bought many new cars over the last 47 years that this dealership is head and shoulders above all the rest I have used.
