From service to sales - consistently great throughout We've purchased now our 2nd car from Grand Subaru. We've had 4 Subaru's in our lifetime thus far and currently own two. We originally came to Grand We've purchased now our 2nd car from Grand Subaru. We've had 4 Subaru's in our lifetime thus far and currently own two. We originally came to Grand Subaru to purchase a used one....and have grown to love them due to their excellent service. When come time to turn in our leased subaru (who we got through another dealer) we went to Grand to see if they can support us...but had not yet experience a new car sale there. We worked with Matt Drwal as our sales consultant. I have to say that he carried on the same extremely high standards of Grand, as the experience was excellent. Matt knew the product, new the industry and most of all...took the time to get to know us. That made all the difference. We will continue to bring all of our cars to Grand Subaru for service, and going forward will be our first choice to continue working with Grand and especially Matt in the future for new sales. More

He found several cars that met my needs and never pushed me into a car that I really didn't want. We tested a few different models. Eventually, I found an great Subaru Certified Outback that was better than I thought I could afford. I have brought my other Subaru here for service and will always bring both of my Subaru's to Grand for service. The service staff is great and service is done right and quickly. More

Grand is my new dealership because of Aura I have 2 Subarus ('04 Forester and '16 Outback) and I keep my cars for a long time. Both car were serviced by the same dealership for years (not at Gr I have 2 Subarus ('04 Forester and '16 Outback) and I keep my cars for a long time. Both car were serviced by the same dealership for years (not at Grand). When it came time to think about replacing my older car, Grand was the first to reply to my True Car inquiry. Immediately, I got bottom-line pricing and the promise of no dealer ad-ons or other games. Throughout the process with Grand, I asked about several different models and trim levels, and Aura always replied quickly and accurately. I was super impressed, and this is exactly how I wanted to handle this transaction since I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. Bottom line: if you are using a dealership other than Grand, do yourself a favor and give them a shot. If you are looking to buy a car, Aura was wonderful, responsive, and truthful - exactly what any buyer would want!! Regarding my old dealership that was servicing my two existing cars, they would not even give me a bottom-line price by email. They told me that they were too busy (it was a weekend) and that I needed to come the dealership before I would be treated as a serous buyer. That was the end of my relationship, including service. Further, when I had an issue with my just-out-of-warrant Outback, I got the feeling that they would be unwilling to help and that any issues with the car, regardless of what was wrong, would be my responsibility. Aura convinced me to try Grand, and said that I must meet Joe. I brought my car to Grand and Joe was exactly as Aura promised. He listened fully to my explanation of the issue and gave me the impression that he genuinely cared about my situation. After having the service team inspect the car, they, along with Subaru corporate, concluded that the issue should be resolved and paid for by Subaru. I was so happy that I didn't need to fight to get a result that I wanted. More

A "GRAND" Experience I had been doing some on-line Subaru shopping after a visit to the Chicago Auto Show in February--hoping to use my $500 voucher from Auto Show test dr I had been doing some on-line Subaru shopping after a visit to the Chicago Auto Show in February--hoping to use my $500 voucher from Auto Show test drive. We were really leaning towards the Crosstrek (traded an Impreza), but voucher not good on that model. We went to Grand, where I have gone for my trusted Subaru service since about 2006. We met with Michael Sinacola, discussed our trade, told him what we were looking for. He found the car we wanted, called us to arrange an appointment, and the trade-in/purchase went very smoothly. Michael was not a high-pressure salesman; he understood our concerns and wanted to be sure we were comfortable with the whole process. We did our closing paper work with Brandon Metz--he, too, provided a pleasant experience. And we always appreciate Joe Bednarek in the Service Department for his care and concern. That's why we keep coming back to Grand Subaru. More

She explained the urgency of this service call and the safety concerns of anyone that would be in the passenger seat. Nicole proceeded to create a service appointment that led to Joe Bednarek who provided an excellent and prompt experience in their service department. I was checked in and had a loaner vehicle within 20 minutes! Nicole and Joe have went above and beyond to help me. I will return here to buy my next (and third) Subaru. More
