When it came time to find a car for my father I did not hesitate to go with Grand Subaru. Joe in service has earned my trust for over a decade because of honest pricing and excellent work. Chris was the salesmen that I wanted to work with because of his willingness to engage in car talk even though he knew I was just waiting for service. Chris is honest and warm and made my father and I totally relaxed with the entire car buying experience. He is driven to make customers happy and it showed by getting the exact car we wanted at a great price. I have never had a more enjoyable car buying experience. The entire experience back then was a piece of cake - great price, no hassle or games ... just down to earth people being honest and trying to make the experience great. Life events have us needing another vehicle. Reached out to Joe D'Andrea again and he did the impossible: made the purchase experience even better than before. We talked about the 2015 Outback and Forester before settling on the Outback. Test drove on two different Saturdays with no pressure or gimmicks. Had a cost estimate that I shopped around to 14 other dealerships and nobody could touch his price - not even close. When the extra model and options were decided upon he coordinated getting the car on the lot, setting up all the details and making our decision an easy one. Closed out the purchase tonight and couldn't be any happier. These guys just get it done at Grand Subaru. More

I then traded in my legacy this April 2015 and worked with Chris Czaja who was patient, friendly, and personable. Everything was done on my time during my purchase. Joe in service is by far the best service adviser I have ever worked with... and because of him I decided to purchase my 5th Subaru from Grand. Chris was excellent! Responsive via email,text and phone. We made an appointment and he worked with me until the deal was done. He listened, asked good questions and never pressured me into making decisions I was the least bit uncomfortable with. Al in finance was great - I felt very comfortable, he made that part of the experience easy! Buying a car is never a quick process and often times it can be painful... Grand Subaru really puts the focus on a good customer experience which makes it easy and painless to do business with! I would highly recommend Grand Subaru for buying, trading and service without question~! More

Down to earth salesman and sales manager and no pressure to buy.Joe D'Andrea(sales manager) & Steve Penrod(Sales) were extremly helpful with my purchase. Also, the pricing was fair for the 2015 STI I purchased amd gave me a above average trade value on towards my 2014 WRX. Also, my new car was cleaned well for delivery and Steve walked it over with me inside the service garage since it was dark out already. If your looking for a Subaru please take my advice and give them a try. More

Great Service Just wanted to say how pleased i was dealing with your service dept on 16 Aug . even though we bought our Impreza at Gerald & were Happy with the purc Just wanted to say how pleased i was dealing with your service dept on 16 Aug . even though we bought our Impreza at Gerald & were Happy with the purchase,I was going to change my oil. on the car,i went to Grand to get oil, & parts, The parts guy was late getting there to open, that happens ,anyway Joe Bednarek was very helpful, i waited awhile but he kept trying to open up parts room, finally the parts guy came to open up, Without me asking Joe gave me the parts at cost, which was real nice of him to do, well Joe i said id write a compliment , sorry it took so long, if i need anymore parts i know where to go. even though i bought the car at Gerald its kinda far to drive from my house to Naperville, And as far as Schaumburg Subaru goes ,ill never set foot in that dump again, another story, To the management team at Grand please recognize Joe for his upstanding service, thats what keeps repeat customers.... sincerely Bob Petersen Streamwood Ill More
