One day, Joe Berube of the service department went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. I drove up and explained to him that the tailgate on my Ranger was off track and wouldn't close properly and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. He came out, looked at the problem, went back in and then brought out a technician who hammered the tailgate back into alignment. I thanked them and drove away with my tailgate intact. He was also helpful when I brought my Ranger in for an oil change. More
