We really liked the Mazda CX 5 and had test driven it at another dealership where the salesperson had inflated the lease prices so much that we vowed to never give them our business. We started shopping around and had received an awesome price from another dealership. We even had an appointment at the other dealership to pick up the car. That’s when Joseph Bonavita happened to reach out to us and not only beat the price by a little bit from the other dealership, but after speaking with him we knew that we had to give Wantagh Mazda our business. Joseph Bonavita was sincere, knowledgeable and professional. His customer service is 2nd to none. He made the car buying process a pleasure. After all the paperwork was done and we were picking up the car, Joseph took time to show us every detail and feature that the car has to offer and demonstrated how everything works. He explained that Wantagh Mazda is family owed, that he does not need to check with a manager and would do all he could to get me that perfect car. Within a hour we had a deal! I called the dealership last Th Just picked up my brand new Mazda CX-5 touring last night. Have to say, this was the best car buying experience, ever. I called the dealership last Thursday and spoke with Joe Bonavita over the phone. He was kind, not pushy, and said come on in and we will help you out. Went in that day and met with Joe. He was genuine and caring. No haggling back and forth. Numbers worked perfectly. And he took time time to go over the lease details with me (I had never leased before). Then I met with Kenny Davis in finance. I was approved immediately (which I was slightly nervous about getting approved). He was absolutely hysterical. Went back to Joe, left my deposit. Went back to the dealer last night and picked up my brand new car! Joe took the time to go over the car and the technology, answered any questions I had, and helped me take my belongings from my Jeep I traded in into the new car which I thought was very courteous. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I will absolutely be recommending this dealer to anyone and everyone I can! Thank you to Joe, Kenny and the entire Wantagh Mazda team! More
