Satisfied with service! After a few minutes of waiting for my car to get serviced, Jim told me that the part for my car had not been delivered. He offered to take me home since there were no loaners available and then pick me up after the car was fixed. He made sure that I was taken and brought back without a problem. More

Uncaring dealer To start my review, i booked an appointment on Sunday for Thursday but stated in the description that “ it’s an emergency so ill be visiting Monday mo To start my review, i booked an appointment on Sunday for Thursday but stated in the description that “ it’s an emergency so ill be visiting Monday morning” to hand in the vehicle so Tuesday morning they start working on it, Tuesday goes by but no peep I call Wednesday morning they said they got the car in the lot but I didn’t feel comfortable with what they said, so I decided to pay them a visit around noon, turns out my vehicle is still in the lot where i left it even the way i left it parked, no need to lie to me over the phone! Just cuz i live downtown Chicago doesn’t mean i cant stop by! then I waited for them to take my car & send it over to chevy, chevy said they got no idea whats wrong they gotta dig through it. Wednesday passes without a peep from either dealerships, i called today (Thursday 27DEC18) & asked whats going on they said they’ll get back to me, took them 4 hours then I called chevy myself to get an update, they said “they got no idea what is wrong with my car probably the same issue as last time”....you don’t know whats wrong with my car & guessing that it could be the same issue as last time? That’s quite convenient to me as a customer, i work in D.C I travel every week or two weeks or so but now I’m forced to stay out of work? My guess would be my car is parked in the lot of the chevy dealership & hasn’t been looked at, & probably won’t be looked at for another week! This is absolutely ridiculous! My vehicles make is GM so chevy takes care of it, so whenever they know my vehicle is coming in, they should make space for my vehicle at the chevy dealership to have my car checked! Now I’m forced to spend hundreds of dollars to go back & forth from D.C to Chicago & new years is around the corner & its hard to find flights!!! This absurd! Even I call just now to Chevy and they say they didnt have chance to look at it yetZ I just want everyone to know what im going through!! More

New vehicle Needed to exchange wheel locks from traded-in 2011 Traverse to a 2019 Traverse. I had forgotten the need to have that done prior to the sale of my old Needed to exchange wheel locks from traded-in 2011 Traverse to a 2019 Traverse. I had forgotten the need to have that done prior to the sale of my older vehicle. Naperville Chevrolet handled the exchange of the wheel locks efficiently and quickly - with a special thanks to "Miko" (not sure of the spelling of his name) who handled the entire problem with ease. He works behind the desk handling service seekers in the service center. More

Great Service I was impressed with the work they did on my car and their customer service. I had taken my previous vehicle their for a recall repair a number of y I was impressed with the work they did on my car and their customer service. I had taken my previous vehicle their for a recall repair a number of years ago and when I called for an appt they had that in their records so I did not have to repeat information. They were busy that day but gave me updates. I would definitely take my Equinox back for service. At the completion of service they also gave me a sheet summarizing what remained on my manufacturer's warranty, loved that! More

Customer accommodations are welcoming and generous. My most current visit, I was leaking coolent even after a recent water pump replacement. They boys were able to find the issue and get it fix right away along with my routine oil change! So greatful for their understanding and helpfulness! I will always bring my cars to them!! Service center improvement over past 5 years has been huge My latest service experience at Chevy of Naperville was similar to the last half dozen visits over a few years. The service advisor was informative a My latest service experience at Chevy of Naperville was similar to the last half dozen visits over a few years. The service advisor was informative and honest about timetables. They offered to allow me to view the diagnosed brake pad and rotor wear and quoted recommended services. All was done in a timely manner and within the time frame originally communicated. Additionally, the service manager was available via email to review one of the quotes as a 2nd set of eyes. This service department has improved vastly since 2012 when I first started coming there. More
