The Worst place you can ever go They are bringing trucks and cars from Canada to sell in states all rotted you buy and after two weeks everything starts fall apart this people are They are bringing trucks and cars from Canada to sell in states all rotted you buy and after two weeks everything starts fall apart this people are Awful I boug a truck and I can't fix because everything is in French computer speaks in French I hate this people they sold me a truck saying that was all check they didn't even had oil change done my brakes were all gone after 6000 miles if they can't afford give you new brakes and oil change please close doors More

Ok they didn't go over all paper work I had to deal with three or four people instead of the one I start with I no tony was not feeling good but the other one didn't finished with me he let some one else take care of it. I was in the market for a car some years ago, and my Uncle recommended Modern Auto to me, saying he had a good experience there. I went down and worked with Joe, the owner, and found a vehicle that was right for me. I enjoyed my experience so much that some years later, after having moved back to New England from living out of the region for a few years, I went back to Modern Auto and Joe helped take care of me again finding a vehicle that met my needs both in function and price. With any vehicle I have purchased from Modern Auto, if I ever found any fallow up concerns after the purchase, I was always taken care of with timely repairs and no cost billed to me. Modern Auto Sales/Service, and its President Joe Caggiano, have always given me a Great experience (5 Stars). When ever in the market for a vehicle or looking to get one serviced, I would highly recommend going here first! More

I went into Modern Auto on July 12, 2013 to have service done to my Mazda 5. I found out that I needed break pads and break calipers for the rear but, also an emergency break cable. The whole job would cost done to my Mazda 5. I found out that I needed break pads and break calipers for the rear but, also an emergency break cable. The whole job would cost $736.61. I talked to Joe, I told him that I thought I had extended warranty, he said "I did not get it when I purchased the car through them five months ago." Joe and I sat down and talked and he said "Don't worry about it, we will make it right and you will be happy when you leave out of here." When the job was done, he said, "Would it be far if you to pay a hundred dollars?" I said yes but, I don't have it. He said " don't worry about it." So Joe paid the whole bill for the service of my car. I would say that this place is the best place for anyone to get the services done to their cars. Also if you need to get a great car for a great price here is the place. My name is Doug and I would trade my cars in here, buy again here, and get my cars serviced here any time now. More

Joe truly cares about his dealership and about his customers. If you are looking for a used car dealership that cares about the quality of cars they are selling and about customer satisfaction Modern Auto is the place for you.
