I ordered my C40 recharge from the Volvo website and from there on worked with Chris Lowry at Crown Volvo. I wanted to drive a demo prior to making the final purchase and he accommodated me with both a planned and unplanned test drive! When I was finally ready to purchase they made the process very quick and easy. I was very thankful that I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership! In an out in about 2 hours. I'm thrilled to have my new electric vehicle and look forward being a loyal customer of Crown Volvo. More

We were pleased with the entire transaction. Joe Caporicci demonstrated the features of the Volvo very well. He knows what he is selling. We appreciate the lower key sales approach vs a hard sale. My only advise would be to try to build more rapport by asking questions. No one asked us about ourselves, what we do, why or how we selected to buy our 6th Volvo. It might be the time that were in with the idea of low inventory and take it or leave it approach. No big deal but I'm sure referrals help. More
