My key contact was Joe Carroll who professionally and courteously took myself and my wife from first contact through the entire purchase process. Joe's colleague, Dan Roberts, expertly and efficiently navigated us over a couple of bumps in the road to get both parties to agreement on financial terms. Another of Joe's colleagues, Sohail Butt, took us swiftly and professionally through concluding the purchase and loan paperwork and ensured we selected the extended warranty option that best met our needs. Securing a replacement for our trade-in's lost title was also handled swiftly and smoothly and we were able to drive away the 4Runner in the meantime. All in a day's work for these guys! At this dealership they put customers first. The fact that so many of the staff have been with Toyota of Wallingford for so many years is also a testament to the long-term vision of the company and its strong commitment to its staff. The 'long view' is also the only way you can create and retain such a dream team. Thank you all! We will definitely be back to look for a Rav4 when it comes time to trade in my wife's Highlander. Ed Maszler he was amazing talking through other people that you’ve decided and you know what is negotiable and what isn’t it and take really taking the time so you understand everything that that is covered in under a warranty or covered bumper-to-bumper or covered in your 3001st mile of the car he really really took his time to make you understand each step and made it as easiest possible registration and transferring the plates are getting new plates.
