Bernardo was courteous, professional, and explained every step of the process thoroughly. I also dealt with Joseph Cleary in finance who offered me many options and explained everything clearly but was not pushy when I declined some options. I decided to buy an extended warranty through Joseph since the price was competitive with other warranty providers.
