Great Work, Questinable Customer Service I took my car in a couple of times for a rattle in my tailgate. The first time, the tech tried to diagnose it and the repairs made unfortunately did n I took my car in a couple of times for a rattle in my tailgate. The first time, the tech tried to diagnose it and the repairs made unfortunately did not work. When I took it back in, the same tech, Jose by the way, was terrific, road tested the car with me and found the problem. It was repaired and I was charged $200 since in the dealership's view, that was not covered under warranty since it was a rattle. The reason it rattled was an unfastened harness that was making contact with the trim in the tailgate. That is a defect in material or workmanship in my view and should be covered. It's not a squeaky spring or something. I have since contacted the service manager by email (who was unavailable after the service was performed). I fully expect that this issue will be resolved under warranty and the review goes to 5 stars. As mentioned, the tech was phenomenal. More

Both were extremely knowledgeable, they took the time to thoroughly familiarize myself with the vehicle and made sure I understood what was going on with the cost of the vehicle I had purchased.
