Shawn the original salesperson helped me pick out a car online very easily and was very courteous before passing me to Joe to finalize the sale. The online process was incredible, I signed all the paperwork in minutes while at my house with Jason. Today, went to trade in my car and it took 15 minutes to sign a few papers and get on the road with the new car. Joe went above and beyond to help me set up the bluetooth and such, which was a big help. Overall an incredible and easy experience. Hopefully it stays this easy in the future More

Above and beyond my expectations I will start by saying that this was not only the best dealership experience, but possibly the best purchasing experience I've ever had. I had been looking for a specific vehicle (GLI) for the past couple of weeks. After searching through the standard car search sites, i came across a vehicle posted by North Penn. It must have just been posted within the day or two before that, as it still didn't have pictures. I decided to reach out, and was contacted by John. He confirmed the mileage for me, and had someone from sales reach out. Joe was able to give me a little bit of additional information on the car as well as give me an estimate for what my trade in would be worth. We talked about numbers a bit and everything seemed to be in order. Joe made sure everything was in place, as he knew that i would be driving out about 2 hours, and he didn't want me to drive out there for no reason. At this point, i still hadn't seen pictures of the car, but was comfortable enough to commit. When i drove in, Joe greeted me and showed me to the car. My jaw dropped. No pictures i could have seen would have done the car justice. Like new condition, beautiful color, just more than i expected in every way. Joe took the time out to show me all of the great features. I was getting more and more excited by the minute. I drove it for a bit and then met with Jason for the paperwork. reviewed everything, and I actually got an even better deal than i was initially. I never would have expected to get this kind of amazing customer service, let alone in these times. Safe to say North Penn has a new customer for life, and I will be recommending this dealer to anyone looking for a car. More
