We worked w/ Joe Dephilipo to find exactly what we wanted and the team went quite out of their way to get the exact vehicle we were looking for. The trim we were looking for was almost sold out in all local dealerships, so they went as far as north of Manhattan to bring us our new Atlas. On top of that, we wanted a special customization (installing side-steps) to assist my children and parents to be able to get in and out with ease. Unfortunately the shop was closed and they couldn't get the installation done on the same day. Joe actually drove out to my office to pickup the vehicle, get it installed, and brought it back. If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is. I would highly recommend working w/ the North Penn team. More
