He showed us some of the neat features, made a recommendation as to where to take a drive and was very patient with our questions. We also met with the sales manager who was very honest and easy to work with. In just a short time, the paperwork was ready and done perfectly. I then drove 1 hour to North Penn and walked away with a new lease. Shawn in the email department was polite and thorough in his emails and even answered additional questions I had with no run around. When I arrived at the dealership, Joe was quick and efficient in getting me in and out due to a time constraint. Overall a fantastic dealership! Purchased a Certified Used Car using the USAA Buying Service Joe made the buying experience easy by walking me through each step. When I found the car through the USAA Buying Service, I met with Joe the day bef Joe made the buying experience easy by walking me through each step. When I found the car through the USAA Buying Service, I met with Joe the day before a snow storm. When I explained to him that I was waiting for my settlement check from USAA due to an accident where my car was totaled, he understood my situation and worked with me to allow me to put a deposit on the Hyundai Sonata that I eventually bought. The deal was so good that I did not want to wait until after the storm and hope that the car was still there. After the storm, I met with Joe and he did a great job of going over the major features of the car which was very helpful. Since my previous car was so old, there were features in the car that I didn't even know to look for; but, Joe brought them to my attention. During the process, Joe and I realized we were connected through some neighborhoods in Philadelphia that we both pass through (small world) and that my niece lived near the dealership. When I was sent to Jason for the financial portion of the sale, it was easy. Since I came with my own financing from USAA, that made it easy but Kevin still went through the process like a professional and contacted USAA just to make sure everything was in order so that I could enjoy my car immediately.
