However after the 5 star service I received while buying my first ever new car these ladies and gentlemen deserve nothing but praise. I car shopped all week at numerous different dealers and every single one of them had the typical sleazy xxxxxxxxxxxx sales men. Except for North Penn VW. I worked with Joe DePhillipo and do not have a single complaint. He is a man with true honesty and integrity. Super honest and upfront with all of my questions and concerns. Not at any moment was I made to feel like a non serious car buying tire kicker. I was given great pricing on my purchase and I walked out of there with zero ill feeling. Keep up the honest work! I was in the market for a used gti, and found more than enough options. The salesman Joe was more than helpful to show all they had to offer and get me out on the road for a test drive. Joe was not pushy or standoffish that I've experienced in the past. After looking at two different vehicles I had picked one I liked and was ready to sit down and sign. The whole process was very relaxed and easy with no hidden surprises. I don't think I was at the dealer for more than 2 hours cumulative and was driving home in my new to me car, and couldn't be more happy. So far I've recommended to my friends and family that the go there if they're thinking about getting a new car because my experience was so great. More
