Eric was great to work with and made sure I received all the trim packages I desired. He presented my offer to manager and I was granted the deal. I got to know the sales manager and the service manager the trim packages I desired. He presented my offer to manager and I was granted the deal. Dealer has little to no communication skills. Dropped car off had to chase down service rep . Car was promised possibly Saturday. Again no one called had to chase down the dealer. Very hard to get a hold of when checking on the status of my car. When I leave a message it takes day before anyone calls back. Had to get a hold of upper management to get anywhere. Overall, everything was great. Only issue I had is they must have turned my headlights on for some reason and then turned them off however, I keep it set to auto so when I went out Only issue I had is they must have turned my headlights on for some reason and then turned them off however, I keep it set to auto so when I went out that night I almost had a quick accident because I didn't realize right away they were not on.
