I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great car buying experience, just ask anyone in my family. Doug Beavers has been my salesman for most all the vehicles that I purchased, he is great to deal with he takes the time to help you get the best deal possible and will help anyway he can. All the Klaben people are great from Doug and the sales team to the finance team and the service department, they all treat you like family. I look forward to my next vehicle from them. More

Excellent cust. service !! Brought my Escape because of battery issues. No appointment. They took care of me very quickly. The paper work was completed and was told it would be Brought my Escape because of battery issues. No appointment. They took care of me very quickly. The paper work was completed and was told it would be seen to first thing next morning. I got a call by 6:00 ish the same day, and was told my car wa ready, what was done and the cost, which was a surprising $20 . I picked it up first thing the next morning . Very pleased with the whole experience !! My rep was Joe French. More

Good service, not been the best truck I've ever owned Got me in and out very quickly. It was done on time. This F150 hasn't been the best truck I've ever owned. I've had to spend a lot of money on repairs Got me in and out very quickly. It was done on time. This F150 hasn't been the best truck I've ever owned. I've had to spend a lot of money on repairs that shouldn't have been necessary with the the miles it has on it. ( ball joints ant 30k , steering shaft at 75k ) Ford needs to quit putting junk parts on their vehicles!!! More
