Jeff Tetreault is my go to guy that makes purchasing a vehicle a no pressure experience for my self, friends and family that I send his way (and who have nothing but rave reviews about Klaben and Jeff). Jeff always makes sure that we get the vehicle we want...did I mention how easy the entire process was and how polite and patient "JT" is? He will go over the vehicle features,explaining any features in detail if you have any questions. I always get reminder cards about service deals and even got a personal phone call to wish me a happy birthday...that's how connected this team is. On the service side, you cant beat the customer service you get from the service team.
