I had such a great experience at Audi Wyoming Valley with Joseph Garcia. It was my first purchase of an Audi. I had no idea what I was missing! Not only did I end up with a car I absolutely love, but the entire transaction was so smooth. There was no pressure with Joe. Want a used A3? Great. A brand new Q5 Sportback? Great. There was no pressure either way. It came down to what I was comfortable with, what I wanted. He was there to facilitate and answer any questions that I had.
