Heritage Mazda Catonsville made purchasing a new car as painless and enjoyable as could be. Matthew Durante was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions; when he couldn't answer a question he didn't play games - he immediately got the answer from someone with the authority or knowledge required and conveyed the information back. Everyone I interacted with (Matt, Joe Garner, Mike McGuire, Adam Kendal) was incredibly friendly, polite, and didn't at all give off that sleazy car salesman vibe. There was no hard sale approach, which I greatly appreciated, and they worked with me to give me an excellent deal on the car I wanted. The only "issue" I had was the detailing on the car when I went to pick it up. The leather had marks that had to be rubbed out, the wheel locks hadn't been installed, and the all weather mat wasn't secured on the driver side (which I didn't realize until I had driven the car about 80 miles). However, Mazda Heritage, and Matt in particular, were great - even though it was late at night, they waited while I inspected the car before completing the purchase and Matt made sure all the leather marks were rubbed out and even installed the wheel locks for me under the light in the parking lot. By the time the sale was complete it was an hour and half after the dealer had technically closed, but Heritage Mazda and Matt illustrated their commitment to customers with their actions. Matt offered to stay to help set up any of the features and my devices even though it was an hour and half after the dealer had closed (and it was technically his day off!); while I declined, not wanting to keep him later than I already had, it was a very appreciated gesture. I went to three different dealers, and spoke to countless others and Heritage Mazda won my business because of the quality people they have on staff and their commitment to honest sales. More

I almost felt like he is a scammer. He will waste your time and energy. Do not deal with this guy. He will lure you into the shop saying that they have the car you've been shown interest and show you a d time and energy. Do not deal with this guy. I recently purchased a 2020 Mazda Mazda 3 AWD with the premium package. This car is awesome and the soul red metallic paint makes it look sharp. He told me all of the options that were available to me for financing while Tosh Gray got the pleasure of taking me on the test drive. Hope I didn’t scare you too bad, Tosh. Lol. Afterwards, Tosh showed me all of the features on the car and how to operate them. She even paired my phone to my car, added some radio stations to the favorites and set up my service on the monitor. Tim was also helpful with showing me all of the warranties that were available and explaining them to me. This was my first new car purchase and the three of them made it a good experience. Thanks for making this day fun! I look forward to seeing you all when I come in for service. More

They didn't have the one on site that I was interested in but Bradlee did try to locate another vehicle with similar color combo so I can get an idea. Later met Joe (Manager) and I had a polite conversation about another vehicle that can be transferred from another dealer. Unfortunately we couldn't make a deal work. Both gentlemen were very professional. Looking forward to be able to work with them again and hopefully be able to make a deal in the future. More
