I told Joe all about my troubles and let me tell you that Joe took it upon himself to make sure I was the happiest customer on the planet. From the moment I sat down at Joe's desk, I got the sense that I was in good hands. Joe helped me find the perfect vehicle and went above and beyond his normal duties to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance manager Ryan Sitter was top notch as well. I resonated with his no nonsense approach when it came to the financing. No games, no back and forth. Just straight up honesty and his best financing for my budget. He was extremely detailed in walking me thru every step of finalizing all of the paperwork and didn't make me feel dumb in the process. Miracle worker So I just purchased my 4th car with advantage and this time was probably the best I had a life changing event happen to me last year which caused my c So I just purchased my 4th car with advantage and this time was probably the best I had a life changing event happen to me last year which caused my credit to plummet after getting back to almost normal my credit is still a bit off from where it was but found I needed a new car well I tired rod baker and d’arcy and both were unable to help so I decided to call my favorite salesman at advantage ( Joe Grahovic) he told me to come in and that they could probably help me so it took a lot of work on their part but I’m happy to say I couldn’t have asked for better results due to some amazing work from Ryan Sitter I got the car I want at the price I wanted I can’t thank them enough and yes I’ll be back for my 5th car as well More
