She is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, easy to work with, and tenacious solving issues. We would highly recommend Jane to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. The dealership and its people are what makes it easy to return for service and additional purchases. Our long-time Service Advisor, Ethan Harbison, is also great to work with, which is another reason that we return to Daniels for our automotive needs. It has smooth acceleration, a great engine with surprisingly more horsepower than my last X5, and is simply a pleasure to drive. The perfect size SUV, BMW offers the best features and a beautiful color display. Its user-friendly interface with Apple Play mirrors my iphone just as my Thunderbolt display mirrors my MAC, which means safer driving. Customizing the features and color details was fun, and Jane made sure I ordered everything we discussed. The genius department is there to answer questions and was friendly and helpful. Every BMW I’ve had, including a M3 ,X3 and X5, have all been great vehicles. Service visits are handled very professionally by Dominic. Very content with the purchase, I’m sure I will continue to be a Daniels BMW customer for the long run. More
