Daniels BMW-What a phenomenal group of people!! My car was in a flood on July 11th, 2019. I was stuck in the middle of a busy road and my car went dead. I called a customer support person-Dominic Hernandez-he explained what I needed to do! He was very kind! Our insurance (that we have had for many yrs and we have an excellent record-minimal claims)- refused to put a new engine in-and the fiasco began. The Daniels BMW Team has to work endlessly to help get the damage covered-in the end they refused to put in a new engine-and wanted to put in a used one-which would void ALL my BMW warranties!! The BMW team of :Dominic Hernandez, Jane Billig, Eric Trimbur, Web Lingle, Joe Grazer and Clint Peters were amazing! They spent so much time trying to work with the claims adjuster and his supervisor-but to no avail. All of these people fought for us and went above and beyond!! They are all very kind and compassionate people who care about their customers and went out of their way to help us!! I picked up my car today!-Aug 30th! Ashley Alderfer - my advisor and her business card also said, 'BMW Genius' (boy that got that right)! She made me feel like I was so very special and the only customer on the planet. Ashley could not do enough to make sure all my car dreams & wishes came true. She even had a huge red shinny bow on my new car when she delivered it. Ashley is a bubbly, conscientious & extremely intelligent young lady. Clint Peters the finance manager was someone you dream about when trying to buy a new car. No pressure, no making the customer feel like they needed to buy extras, it was my very first experience in buying a new automobile (and I have purchased Many over the years) where there was absolutely no pressure. I kept waiting for the guilt trips and all the tricks many other dealerships try to have you buy unnecessary add ons after the deal is complete... but it NEVER happened, he was on point and simply amazing. Clint explained each document without a lot of hoopla. Showed me where I needed to sign each and that was it. It was like an out of body experience, truly, no pressure! The entire experience left me wondering how incredible lucky I was to be buying a beautiful BMW at an incredible value and there was simple NO PRESSURE through the entire process. At Daniels BMW Customer Service is their #1 priority and the entire team went above and beyond to make my dream a reality.
