Joe Grego was awesome and so was Alexis in accommodating my situation. I love the new Acadia but was only able to drive it a few short miles. It seems there is an electrical issue that is draining the battery. Obviously this is the same issue that prevented us from opening the tailgate in the showroom. I was told the put a new battery in it. On day two I received email notification that my battery was low. It is now in the service department on day two with no idea when it will be repaired. Needless to say not very happy with Crown at this point. More
