As a 20+ yr owner of Acura MDX's I'm used to access to loaners, so I didn't have to wait during service calls.That's not available at Honda dealers who service Acura's (traffic too bad getting to Acura de loaners, so I didn't have to wait during service calls.That's not available at Honda dealers who service Acura's (traffic too bad getting to Acura dealer). I also received a recall months ago (re crankshaft bearings causing heating, stopping engine). When parts didn't come in for months, it lead me to start looking for a new American Company comprable SUV (even though my '20 Acura had only 38,000 miles), I did an unline search, and made inuiries to Jarrett Gordon Ford. Victoria Wills called me within an hour to go over the available new car inventory, and we narrowed the search to a Corsair Reserve in inventory. . When I went in to negotiate, the offer received was very fair, and Victoria spent about an hour going over the very high tech features of this state of the art SUV (especially for a low tech oldie). They will do some minor routine servicing at our house, or will pick up and return car, or provide a free loaner if it's dropped off. My favorite company car was a Lincoln Mark IV, so it's good to be back home with the only American car manuf. that has never declared bankrupcy, and offers premium level service. More
