Salesman, Lorenzo Bodie was exceptional. However, the detailing department leaves a lot to be desired. They had the car from 5 PM Monday until 11:30 AM on Tuesday when we were supposed to However, the detailing department leaves a lot to be desired. They had the car from 5 PM Monday until 11:30 AM on Tuesday when we were supposed to pick it up and they did none of the work. Lorenzo had to ask for them to take it back and wash and vacuum it. We wasted an hour waiting for them to do their work. Then when I got home I had to lift the floor mats and vacuum under them. Apparently they don't know you are supposed to do that. Will have to bring it back next week for them to do some other work that they missed. More
