Great buying experience but not so good finance experience Selecting the car and coming to the agreement with the salesman was great. He went above and beyond to make us happy. In the finance office however, it took very long to go over the warranties and packages available. We weren't over pressured but selecting the packages was strongly emphasized. We spent absolutely no time discussing the terms of the loan. When I questioned the interest rate, I was quickly told it was good. After getting other rates on my own and calling the finance director the next day, I was able to get an interest rate that was 1.4% lower in less than an hour. The fact that this was able to be done so quickly after I made some noise, makes me believe that the finance director was less than honest the first time around or is not good at his job. More

From beginning to end every employee was helpful, honest, transparent, and genuinely trying to find the vehicle that best fit my needs. I had originally arrived at the dealership with the intent of looking at several vehicles I'd seen on line but after exploring those options I was recommended a vehicle on their lot that I hadn't looked at yet; it was the one I ended up purchasing. The vehicle fit my needs perfectly and the sale of the car was incredibly smooth and always with me in mind. The price for the vehicle was also very reasonable and absolutely fair. There has been no level of deception with Lou Fusz and they've been happy to answer any and all questions I've had and continue to be a great service even after the purchase of my vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Emmanuel in particular! More
