After arriving in from England to buy my new first American car i trawled through many forecourts and was greeted with the standard type set conversations but no one really seemed totally interested in how important this purchase was and didn't take time to find out my wants and needs, that was until I met Joe and the other team at Lokey they were fantastic and made it fun and painless whilst still treating me respectfully with the purchase of my car. Simple process Joe was great to work with as was Jeff. We looked at car. It was clean and ready to drive. He listened to what we wanted in the car and pointed out an Joe was great to work with as was Jeff. We looked at car. It was clean and ready to drive. He listened to what we wanted in the car and pointed out any flaw he knew of(small tear in leather it was used) and didn’t hide anything. He made the offer but we weren’t happy with offer. He listened to us and went to manager once and met our offer. We didn’t have to haggle all day. It took a while to get into financing but we had a nice conversation and got to know him on a more personal level. Very nice experience. Live my new used car! More

He was most sensitive and patient My experience with Joe Haig, salesman, was superb! He helped my 90+ year old sister try VW cars on two occasions. He was most sensitive and patient in showing her the different buttons on the VW and helped her appreciate all the new safety devices now available on the VW to assist a driver. In addition, he went out of his way to find just the right color and all the inside options that she wanted. In addition, he was most knowledgeable when providing me with different costs and benefits which helped me compare various purchase versus leasing options. I highly appreciate all the time he spent to ensure that my elder sister had the best car for her needs. I would recommend him at all times without any hesitation and will select him for any further VW purchase or lease need. More
