The people are great service not so much. For the past years that I have owned my truck I have followed the rules for my forever warranty. I call to make a simple oil change appointment and i For the past years that I have owned my truck I have followed the rules for my forever warranty. I call to make a simple oil change appointment and it takes 90 minutes to 2 hours for just an oil change. To me this is unacceptable. If I was just a drive in I would understand. Then I hear that it takes so long cause the mechanics are busy with other vehicles. Why do you not have people dedicated to just rolling out oil changes. Please understand that the people are great, kind and not rude. But I live 45 minutes and it takes up a good chunk of the day just to get an oil change. Below it is making me pick people I dealt with, I am just picking random people cause I have no idea who I was dealing with. The people were polite and awesome. More
