The only reason I did not give this a 5 star review was having to deal with 4 different people to get through the process of purchasing the vehicle. It took hours to get through this process as it seemed they were understaffed in the final process. Everyone there was great to work with and took great care of us. More

Happily I drove through Joe Machens lot and met Joe Herx. He exemptfies what a true sales professional should be. Unlike other cars sales people who like to hear themselves Joe ask the right questions but most important to me he listens. I felt at home and Joe helped me make a decision effortlessly. I am disabled on a limited income and Joe went to work getting the vehicle down to what I could afford. Joe Herx is my go to guy. I told Joe what I was interested in, and he found it. The person that quoted interest rates in writing to me, was apparently mistaken by over 1%. Good salespeople, but oh the paperwork misery! I have bought several cars from this dealer over the years, and had a salesperson looking for what I thought I wanted. As we were looking at cars, my I have bought several cars from this dealer over the years, and had a salesperson looking for what I thought I wanted. As we were looking at cars, my salesman stopped and said “Would a nice xxxx work for you?” Looking at the specs, it did. The salesperson, sales manager, and I got the deal together. Then everything turned sour. I had to cross the street and talk with a business manager. I had to wait quite a while. The general manager saw the situation and rescued me from the queue. A couple days later, more paperwork. Not so long a wait but still too long. It shouldn’t be this hard. More
