The only reason I did not give this a 5 star review was having to deal with 4 different people to get through the process of purchasing the vehicle. Happily I drove through Joe Machens lot and met Joe Herx. He exemptfies what a true sales professional should be. Unlike other cars sales people who like to hear themselves Joe ask the right questions but most important to me he listens. I felt at home and Joe helped me make a decision effortlessly. I am disabled on a limited income and Joe went to work getting the vehicle down to what I could afford. Joe Herx is my go to guy. I told Joe what I was interested in, and he found it. The person that quoted interest rates in writing to me, was apparently mistaken by over 1%. Good salespeople, but oh the paperwork misery! I have bought several cars from this dealer over the years, and had a salesperson looking for what I thought I wanted. As we were looking at cars, my I have bought several cars from this dealer over the years, and had a salesperson looking for what I thought I wanted. As we were looking at cars, my salesman stopped and said “Would a nice xxxx work for you?” Looking at the specs, it did. The salesperson, sales manager, and I got the deal together. Then everything turned sour. I had to cross the street and talk with a business manager. I had to wait quite a while. The general manager saw the situation and rescued me from the queue. A couple days later, more paperwork. Not so long a wait but still too long. It shouldn’t be this hard. More
