Went looking for a SUV for my wife and they had 2 showing on line. My wife and I immediately choose a Jeep GC, it was clean, loaded, low miles and Joe worked out a deal and we bought it on the spot. After on-line viewing a Ranger Lariat truck located at another dealership, Joe and Kyle had it brought in for me to take a test drive. Joe, Kyle and Andrew were easy to work with and stayed past closing another dealership, Joe and Kyle had it brought in for me to take a test drive. Joe, Kyle and Andrew were easy to work with and stayed past closing time to complete my paperwork and sale of the vehicle. After trading in a F-150 which I bought new 25 years ago my "New Technology" learning curve is steep but very fun. I drove out to the Waterloo location primarily because they had the vehicle I was interested in, in the color and trim I was after. There were, however, two nearly identical vehicles at two different deal they had the vehicle I was interested in, in the color and trim I was after. There were, however, two nearly identical vehicles at two different dealerships I could have purchased. The amount of positive reviews at this location is what lead me to prioritize the vehicle at Waterloo. Joe Hill was the person in the sales department I worked with. I came in knowing what I wanted, so I didn't need take much of a look around. Joe was personable and professional and facilitated the test drive and put together all the purchase documents. From there I believe it was Andrew that handled the financing application and got me set up with a good rate at establishment I already do business with. Joe got the vehicle all washed and topped off with gas and I was out the door. I even reached out after the sale, as I needed a front license bracket, and Joe is helping get me set up with that from their parts department. Smooth transaction all around. Would recommend. More
