Joe also completed recall campaigns that I was unaware of. He was extremely professional and caring. Since my corporate , fleet car was delivered elsewhere, I was expecting 2nd class service.... Joe is very good about informing you regarding what services should be performed. He takes the time to be sure you understand the service being recommended and listens very well to your questions and concerns. He does not pressure your to have it performed at that time if you choose not to do it. He has been very helpful in discussing a problem, even when called from out of state. Klaben has been excellent at standing behind their repairs. They did a brake job and readily replaced the rotors when they failed 15,000 miles after the repair. More
