Most professional repair visit I've ever had! Took my Jeep Patriot in for an oil leak and a tire rotation. My service writer Joe Hillard was courteous, professional and caring. He promptly assigned my Jeep to Mike Hall for the repair and inspection. Mike was very thorough and discovered a rear brake issue. They fixed my oil leak, rear brakes and provided me with a more than fair price. Joe kept me informed of the progress as I waited for my Jeep. The Service Manager Mike VanHoose personally thanked me for coming in and having my Jeep serviced there. WOW!!! I will not hesitate bringing my Jeep here when it needs any other work. What a TEAM! More

Dodge Journey I found the car we were looking for on Klabens website. He was very polite and helpful in answering our questions. Turns out we closed a deal after some negotiating and bought the vehicle. There was no pressure on making decisions or hidden agendas like you have with most dealerships.
