I have been with Klaben for 27 years. I went to tech school and started here working in the body shop. I then moved to parts where I worked at the counter and parts pickup and delivery. I have worked at the service desk for 21 years. In my free time I like to go to Cedar Point with my son. It always works when I get it back. What I always look for in a service representative is honesty. Joe does his best to look for problems and will make sure that what needs to be done is done. He does not manufacture "ghost" problems whic honesty. Joe does his best to look for problems and will make sure that what needs to be done is done. He does not manufacture "ghost" problems which has been an experience at other dealers. I trust him with my car and rely on him to keep it running efficiently. I have no question on his honesty and integrity. I know my family(and our dog) are safe. If he worked for me he certainly would be one of my key personnel and well rewarded. I purchased my first brand new car, a Dodge Journey, from Klaben in 2010. I could not be happier with my purchase. This was all possible thanks to my salesman, Justin Bolen. He has a no pressure style that Klaben in 2010. I could not be happier with my purchase. This was all possible thanks to my salesman, Justin Bolen. He has a no pressure style that created a friendly, calm environment. I never felt obligated, pressured, or annoyed. Trust me, this meant a lot as I have walked out of other dealerships due to heavy pressure, lies, and tricky sales tactics. Justin helped me find that car that I wanted with all of the bells and whistles. He never pressured me to spend more. He presented the options and let me make the decision that would be best for me financially. He actually encouraged me to "buy down" so I could be within my budget. You don't find this very often. My first car buying experience was smooth and effortless and I couldn't be happier. I love my Journey as it gives me the option to have 7 passengers, or put the back seats down flat to fill it with shopping bags! Actually, I've had everything from lumber and stone to groceries in the back end. The media package gets a lot of use from my nieces and nephews. I love my backup camera, hidden storage (which I use on a daily basis), ability to cool a drink in my dash, and the temperature controls. I traded in a Audi for this car and haven't looked back. Thanks to Klaben and Justin Bolen for a great car buying experience. More
