New Durango My wife and I saw a vehicle on the lot during a bike ride. I contacted the dealer the next day to inquire about finding the vehicle I wanted in the color I preferred. I was contacted immediately by the sales representative Don Jacobs immediately and was told it would not be a problem finding the vehicle I was after. Based on my past experience with Klaben and my personnel relationship with Matt in the service department ( we graduated high school together) and the excellent service I have received from Joe in the service department over the last ten years I decided to stop in and ask Matt about his opinion on the Dodge Durango Citadal. Matt was very positive in his comments and said Don was a great guy to work with. I immediately test drove the vehicle that was on the lot and fell in love with it. The mechanic on duty Joe Slider was very helpful in preparing the vehicle and getting it ready for me to test drive. I drove it and loved it from the moment I started it up. Don was able to locate two vehicles in the two colors I was thinking about and sent my wife and I out to look at the choices. Within a couple of hours we were able to select the color we wanted. I called Don and within two days I had the exact car with the options I wanted at a price that I believe was very fair. Don made sure I was given the incentives available and also got me what I wanted for my trade in. While I have only had the car for a day and can say I love it and it is definitely one of the nicer SUV's on the road. More

We need to have 30,000 mile service done next month. Yes we ok I put 30,000 miles a yr on our vehicles. That checked out our brakes to make sure we didnt have salt building up again.Joe and Matt always check all 4 of our Chrysler babies out and keep us safe. Another great experience.. Had to call Joe because my 2014 dodge avenger was making a loud noise, and we were scared to do any damage to it by driving it in that condition for too long. I called Joe at 9 2014 dodge avenger was making a loud noise, and we were scared to do any damage to it by driving it in that condition for too long. I called Joe at 930 am and he fitted us in immediately. Told us it might be a while with us really coming in without an appt. They took it back to find that there was a rock stuck in the wheel system that was causing the problem. They had us in and out like they had a race cars pit crew back there. Literally we were done in less time than Ive ever been there for even an oil change. Both Joe Hilliard and Matt King are a huge asset to klaben. Keep up the good work.
