What I like best is that before they start any work they tell you what it will cost, even if the mechanic finds something during their work on another part of the car, That is most reassuring to me as I am not familiar with most things mechanical in the car and to know exactly what it will cost helps me make an honest and fair decision regarding the potential repair.
