I knew the exact car I wanted and they called us the minute it was ready to look at. He gave me a great trade in on my previous car which made it easier for me to afford my new car. I had a few questions about my car after purchasing it and was able to call him and get help. He even helped me pair my smart phone to my car. I strongly recommend going to Chad if your looking for a car. He was very helpful and was not pushy at all he didn't make it seem like he was only trying to make they sale. In both cases, we dealt through Lee Kerr...he was our first choice! He is very knowledgeable about Chevy products, as it is obvious to see that he studies them in depth. He is particularily good with all the electronic features. He proved to be pleasant, trustworthy, and reliable. We also felt very comfortable with many of the other people involved with the purchase. Excellent Service I have purchased two cars in the last few years from Chad Uftring. Chad was so easy to deal with through these sales that when I made the decision to I have purchased two cars in the last few years from Chad Uftring. Chad was so easy to deal with through these sales that when I made the decision to trade my car I didn't hesitate to call Chad. He had the car I was interested in ready for me to test drive the following morning. He was so helpful, and never pressured me to make a decision. He even called a week after my purchase to ensure that I was still happy with my new car, and to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I have to say that buying a car is one of my least favorite activities, but Chad took the pressure and stress out of the buying process. I will continue to go to him when we are in need of a new vehicle. I have, and will continue to recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle. More
