Well there could have been a little more honesty in the delivery of our car we had just purchased. We were told it was detailed for us and it was absolutely filthy. It took me 5 hrs to clean and fix the it delivery of our car we had just purchased. We were told it was detailed for us and it was absolutely filthy. It took me 5 hrs to clean and fix the items that were pointed out. What was even worse is the nonchalant behavior of the people when it was brought to their attention. Needless to sa I was grossly disappointed. I’m still waiting for someone to contact me about this matter. On a brighter note whe I brought my car into dealership for service I was treated with respect and my primary concern was addressed and in a time manner as well. Looking forward to someone contacting me again. Rest assured my expectations are based on the promises made by those we bought the van from, the salesman as well as the finance manager. According to all the plaques and awards you have hanging in the dealership you take pride in the quality and service you offer to you customers. Well I guess we will have to wait and see.
