Post Purchase Review I purchased a used vehicle on Saturday and left it at the dealership to get detailed and have some minor work done to it. I expected that when I retur I purchased a used vehicle on Saturday and left it at the dealership to get detailed and have some minor work done to it. I expected that when I returned to pick up, it would be a rushed transaction as the dealer already had their money. I was completely wrong. When I arrived I was received by Joe Lawlor the same person who I began this process with. I brought in my license plates, he insisted that he install them for me, and next thing I knew he had my vehicle inspection completed. I must say the different departments in this dealership work efficiently. Something I appreciated was the fact that my point of contact remained the same throughout the entire process. I could've been transferred to an administrative clerk that handles post sales administration matters, but they kept the continuity. Joe Lawlor couldn't have been any more helpful. Joe genuinely enjoys helping people. There is not one door he will not beat you to so that he may open it for you. After so many years in the business, he still places customer service as his top priority. If you dont feel 100% sure on something he will tell you to take some days to think it over. He at no point will rush you into a sale. To give you an idea of his dedication to his customers, I turned on my new vehicle and to my surprise found my local sports/music favorite radio stations preset by Joe. He didnt stop there. Joe sat with me and went through the entire set up of my smartphone with my radio. I did not experience anything close to this level of customer service at any of the 7 dealerships I had visited in the week leading up to this. I have no doubt where I will be returning for the next family vehicle. Thanks Joe. (O.F.D) I'd also like to thank Joey Foy from Finance. In all reality he has a tough job as he holds the stereotyped position that offers all the additional options you can include with your vehicle such as extended warranty, interior protection plans, tires/wheel protection plans, etc. In a matter of minutes Joey presented any additional options and respected that we were only interested in the extended warranty and a remote starter. When I became hesitant due to pricing he was open to negotiations and really helped us out. I drilled Joey with technical questions on the remote starter specifications and anything he was unsure about, he simply text the technician and got me the answer. I simply gave Joey the specs I was looking for in the remote starter (2-way remote start/alarm with 1000ft+ range) and he got to work. Within hours he called me with a model number for me to approve of. Joey is also meticulously organized which is so important when dealing with all the numbers. He explained the numbers on the paperwork slowly and clearly the first time so that you knew what you were signing. Thank you Joey and like we said Savannah still remains a top contender! More

Pleasant & professional experience Bob Keough and Joe Lowler couldn’t have made this experience any easier. I had no surprise charges pop up at the end.
